The form that lets us deal with Inland Revenue on your behalf. Three versions depending on who you're signing for.
Individual
For your own personal tax, including as a sole trader.
Non-Individual
For a company, partnership, trust, estate, or other entity. One or more representatives sign.
Deceased Taxpayer
For the tax affairs of someone who has died. One or more administrators sign.
