We, the representatives named below, duly authorised by the entity listed above, hereby appoint Do Well Ltd t/a Tax Link as their registered tax agent. Authority is given to Bruce McDowell, Do Well Ltd and staff to act on behalf of the entity listed above to obtain information from Inland Revenue about all tax types. This includes obtaining information through all Inland Revenue media and communications channels.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, authority is also given to obtain any information from financial institutions and any other party that Tax Link may determine is necessary in order to complete the entity's financial statements and/or tax returns. This includes obtaining information through all media and communications channels.
