I, the person named above, hereby appoint Do Well Limited t/a Tax Link as my registered tax agent. Authority is given to Bruce McDowell, Do Well Ltd and staff to act on my behalf with Inland Revenue in respect of all tax types (except child support). Authority is also given to obtain information from Inland Revenue about all tax types (except child support). This includes obtaining information through all Inland Revenue media and communications channels.
