Terms of Trade

Tax Link’s business is based on providing clients with a quality service at a fair and reasonable fee.

Tax Link’s fees are determined by reference to our schedule of minimum charges, employee daily time sheets and disbursements incurred. Tax Link’s time-based fees are $125 per hour plus GST, plus an agency fee of $75 plus GST for each IR3 Tax Return.

All Tax Link fees are fully tax deductible, and this factor alone can significantly reduce the real cost of the services provided.

All Tax Link fees are due for payment within 14 days from the date on which we first notify you of any amount due.  Income Tax Returns are lodged upon payment of our account which is taken as your acceptance of the accuracy of the engagement.  Overdue accounts will be charged a monthly booking fee of $15.00 per month and if or when the overdue amount is over $100.00 will also be charged interest at 1% per month.

Pursuant to the Fair Trading Act 1986 Tax Link reserve the right to pass on all or any costs, disbursements, or charges that Tax Link may incur from time to time should this account become delinquent or outside these Terms of Trade.
